For Best Results: Wet hair with warm water. Squeeze 2 quarter sized drops into the palm of your hand .(depending on thickness and length of hair) Massage the shampoo into the scalp, working from scalp and root to the shaft and then tip of hair

Directions: Squeeze 2 quarter sized drops into the palm of your hand  and onto wet cleansed hair.(depending on thickness and length of hair will determine the amount you need) Massage conditioner into the scalp, working from scalp and root to the shaft and then tip of hair. Leave in hair for at least 10-20 minutes. Then rinse out with warm water.
