SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number as well as a link to track your package.

Can I cancel my order?

At this time, we're unable to cancel or change an order once it's submitted. We begin processing orders immediately after submission, to ensure prompt delivery. 

My Order shows delivered, where is it?

With the tracking number provided on your shipping confirmation, please contact your local Post Office or UPS (depending on which carrier delivered your order) for any further delivery details. If you are unable to locate it through the carrier, please email Love Mother EarthA Customer Care at hello@lovemotherearthA.com

What happens if a product is back ordered?

Should an item on your order be out-of-stock, we will notify you via email the expected in-stock date. Your remaining order will ship on time and the out-of-stock item will ship when available at no extra charge to you.

What shipping method/s do you use?

All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise stated. 

What is your return policy?

We currently do not accepts returns or exchanges on any orders placed and shipped. 

 

Promotions

Where do I enter a promo codes?

To apply a promotional code to your order, please enter your code into the discount code field at checkout and click apply.

I forgot to enter a promo code on my recent order, can I apply it now?

Unfortunately, we are unable to add a discount to an order after it's been placed.

Are there limits to promo codes?

Only one promotional code per order is allowed.

Our products are for external use only.  If you experience any irritation as a result of using our products, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. Please be aware that any and all statements on our website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Therefore, all information on the Site, is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any diseases.

 

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

Please store your Love Mother EarthA products in a cool, dark place away from humidity and fluctuating climate conditions.

Due to the nature of organic raw ingredients and natural characteristics of our formulas; products have a shelf-life of up to 12 months unopened and 3-6 months once opened. There may be slight variations between batches of products

The natural characteristics of our formulas may result in slight variations between batches of products,  Our products have a shelf-life of up to 12 months unopened and 3-6 months once opened.  The natural characteristics of our formulas may be affected by exposure to the elements.

 

I have sensitive skin, can I use your products?

Our products are created with sensitive skin in mind, as we refrain from using synthetic fragrances and colorants in our products and we take utmost care to exclude ingredients that are known to cause skin irritations.

Given skin sensitivities vary with each person; we encourage you to conduct a patch test overnight.  We recommend that you consult with your dermatologist if you have particular concerns before using any of our products.

Where are your ingredients from?

We source our USDA Organic ingredients from responsible farmers all over the world including Europe, Africa, Italy, India, Brazil and the US. We select organic and wildcrafted ingredients whenever possible.
